St Laurence Church situated in the Shambles, Stroud has hosted fifteen very successful Community Christmas Tree Festivals, in December every year since 2005 until 2019! We had 30 trees in our first year, and it has grown since then so that we are able to regularly have over 135 beautifully and thoughtfully decorated trees displayed by organisations, businesses, groups or individuals from across the local area. The event has become an enormous community occasion and it is great that so many wanted to take part.

After 15 years as organisers we have decided to retire from organising future Festivals. Thank you for your support over the last 15 years. Without you the Festivals colud not take place

 We told our church members in early January 2020 of our decision in the hope that someone else would take over. If future Festivals are organised then those who displayed in 2019 will be contacted.
