Community Christmas Tree Festival

Festival Information and booking details!
If you, either as an individual, group, organisation or business, would like to display a Christmas tree for the Festival the following information is given to assist you:
There is no charge for displaying a tree at the Festival and there are no prizes for displaying a tree - it is impossible to do this as all the displays are brilliant!
You may use a real or artificial tree - preferably between 4' and 6' high (we can accommodate smaller or bigger trees!), decorated in any way you choose. (In the past, we have suggested that it might be a good opportunity to advertise your existence in the local community by using decorations appropriate to your organisation). An electricity supply will be available for each tree, but we ask that flashing or musical lights are not used (or set on static/silent), as these may be distressing to some visitors.
The trees may be staged on Thursday 28th November, Friday 29th November and Saturday 30th November (or early afternoon on Sunday 1st December, by prior arrangement only). The trees can be removed after the service on Sunday 8th December or during the day on Monday 9th December 2019. Your space must be booked in advance - please see below!
Again, we will not be charging for admission to the Festival (except for the Lights Switch-on event), but will be asking visitors for donations towards our project to make the church a venue for all.
